Greg is a Real Estate Collaboration Specialist – Divorce (RCS-D) This is not a certificate for having taken a course.  The RCS-D is an earned Designation. Greg learned his extensive skillset in the divorce real estate field being taught by Professor Kelly Murray who holds degrees from Stanford and Harvard Law Schools, and who has been a staff member of a top 20 law school since 2005.  

As an RCS-D accredited Realtor®, Greg and his team help divorcing homeowners make an informed decision regarding secured house debt and keeping the house by gathering house documents, information, and scheduling consultations.  Your house can be an asset or a liability.  Whether you decide to keep your current house, or move on to another, we work to protect you, and to discover the “Right-Sized Residence” for you.    

I have been working on this for quite a while, and my team has become a big part of this.  I am very proud of what we bring to the real estate community, which is something that can literally transform lives, and improve the lives of divorcing families. 

Because the marital house typically represents the largest asset and is usually the focal point of negotiation and contention, it is imperative that the spouses make informed decisions based on thorough, comprehensive information obtained before negotiations and/or mediation is completed.  Why? Because property division is permanent.  

My team does all this to preserve home ownership eligibility and to protect the credit scores of both divorcing spouses.  And, if you decide to sell, I hope to be considered as your REALTOR® for the listing.
